Аннотация

Данная статья бросает новый взгляд на актуальные проблемы любовных, семейных и сексуальных отношений в современном мире, а также сдвигов в ценностях и установках. Автор вводит понятия, которые позволяют увидеть нетривиальные причинно-следственные связи между личной жизнью отдельных людей и общегосударственными демографическими процессами. Основная цель работы – поставить под вопрос распространенное представление о том, что главным в ориентации, влечении, идентичности является сексуальный объект. Вместо этого в статье предлагается рассматривать в качестве первичного и фундаментального не объект влечения, а то, являются ли отношения между людьми двоичными или троичными. В статье вводятся понятия «двоица» – отношения только между двумя людьми, исключающие Третьего, – и «троица» – отношения, в которых есть место для Третьего, будь то ребенок, другой любимый или слово. Далее, автор показывает, как в XX–XXI веках двоица утверждается в качестве базовой структуры отношений и восприятия мира в самых разных сферах, от литературы и искусства до этики и политики, – и связано это прежде всего с нормализацией развода и контрацепции. Статья предлагает новый концептуальный аппарат для понимания отношений в современную эпоху, а также для их связи с более общими социальными процессами.
